How Can a Rider Opt Back Into Emma Emails if They Opted Out?

Due to spam laws, opting into and out of email communications can only be managed by recipients themselves. 


Follow these steps to share an old Emma-generated email with a Rider who wishes to re-subscribe. 

  1. Find an email sent by your studio using Emma in your own email inbox.
  2. Share the email by clicking the envelope icon in the footer of the email under "Share this email" header.
  3. Enter the opted-out Rider's email address and send it. 
  4. The Rider will receive an email titled "<your email address> shared an email with you" and the Rider should click to view the email. 
  5. When viewing the email, the opted-out Rider can click a "Subscribe" link to re-subscribe.
