How do I connect XPASS to my Xponential Fitness studio accounts?

If you have any Xponential Fitness studio accounts, please claim the studio/s in your XPASS account to be able to book classes at these studios.  

To claim your accounts, please follow either the website or mobile app steps provided below.

Claim Accounts Using the XPASS Website

  1. Go to ACCOUNTS > Claim Accounts located at: https://members.xpass.fit/account/claim



  2. Click the Claim Accounts button
  3. Enter your XPASS email address and click the Lookup button
  4. Below the list of unclaimed studio accounts using your entered email, click the Send Verification Email button
  5. Copy the code received in your email and enter it into the same screen. 

Claim Accounts Using the XPASS Mobile App

  1. Go to PROFILE, click the Settings gear icon and select Manage Accounts


  2. Click the link Look up additional email addresses
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Verification Email
  4. Copy the code received in your email and enter it into the same screen. 
Once your accounts are claimed, you can book at these studios successfully.
