What is the cancellation policy on classes?

Your booking is subject to the late cancel and no show policy of the studio where your class is booked.

Details are provided during the booking process before you confirm your desired booking.

Late canceling and failure to show up for a class will result in a loss of XPASS points and you may be charged a fee based on the studio policy.

In general, please cancel 12 hours or more before a class start time to avoid any fees or loss of XPASS points.
